Funding for AggieBrain: AI for Next Generation Digital Neuropathology, a collaborative research initiative between UC Davis School of Medicine and UC Davis College of Engineering, is provided by the Susan and Charles Berghoff Foundation with major support from William Ballhaus and Darrin Mollett.

 

While our current phase is propelled by our lead foundation donor, building blocks of AggieBrain’s core technology was developed through the vital support of past sponsors, including the National Institutes of Health, National Science Foundation, the UC Noyce Initiative, and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. This work continues in collaboration with our partners at Emory University, UC San Francisco, UC Irvine, Human Computation Institute, and beyond to advance the future of neuropathology.
